When the Infernal Carnival of Nightmares rolls into the streets of New York, a troupe of maniacal clowns take over the city and convert it into Downtown Clowntown in honor of Jack. As guests weave through each borough, they will encounter a variety of clowns of different kinds and origins, including the Killer Klowns from Outer Space and Art the Clown.
